About SOPLÁ
Shannon grew up in Ireland, while Nacho was raised in Argentina, where gathering around the fire is more than a way of cooking, it’s a way of life. Although they came from opposite sides of the world, they shared a belief that the best moments happen around a table, with great food and the people you love.

Their own wedding became the first SOPLÁ experience, long before the name existed. They wanted their guests to experience the warmth, generosity, and theatre of a true Argentine asado. As they gathered around the fire, sharing stories over incredible food, it was clear how this centuries-old tradition could bring people together, no matter where in the world they came from.
